Uncharted is not even in the same legue as Bioshock, let alone GOW, and Mass Effect. These devs were asked about the PS3, but the same could be said for the 360, devs still are not using the 3 cores in that console either, so this is just more empty hype.
I could see this happening, after all 360 does have what many call DX9.5, and the 360s attach rate is tempting to a lot of developers, there is a lot of money in 360 development right now. It would be a quick and easy cheap port, money in the bank. PS3 on the other hand, now that is not likely to happen.
The 360 is the best console ever, and it is still a young console, imagine when the price drops to 199 and 20 games a month are dropping on the thing! After all, it has the greatest attach rate ever.

Plus 360 fans come here for news, not to fight a war for a corporation, so they do not support each other as much as PS3 droids do, many 360 fans just dont take this stuff as serious as PS3 fans. Pro 360 comments are met with a loss of bubbles and tons of disagrees even when plenty of 360 fans are present.
gaming news outlets need to play the console war bandwagon, consumers need to be able to read honest opinions of the consoles from proffessionals who have had access to both. Good point, in fact, if PSN had even close to the number of users as live, then maybe they would experience a little more lag, if XBL had the light load of users that PSN had it would run circles around it, keep in mind XBL is doing a lot of different things in addition to multiplayer with that bandwidth at any given time.
